We deliver across India. This page explains how long orders take, what delivery costs, and how to track your order.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is accepted.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. Deliveries to remote locations, hill regions, islands and certain PIN codes may take up to 10 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather, strikes, local restrictions and incorrect or incomplete addresses can extend them. We will keep you informed if your order is running late.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Where a product or order qualifies for free delivery, this is stated on the product page or applied automatically at checkout.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched we will send you the courier name and tracking number by email. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier's website after dispatch.
Delivery address
Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct and complete. We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number or repeated failed delivery attempts may be refunded less shipping costs actually incurred.
Undelivered and refused orders
Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If the order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened or tampered with, please refuse the delivery where possible and contact us the same day. If you have already accepted it, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the parcel and the product so we can investigate with the courier.
