mykitchenexpert.shop is an online store selling kitchen and home products across India, operated by My Kitchen Expert, Pallisseri, Anchachavidi P.O., Malappuram, Kerala – 676525, India.
Products, prices and availability
We try to describe and show every product accurately. Photographs are for illustration; actual colour, finish and packaging may vary slightly, and accessories shown are not included unless listed.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, or if a price or description was listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order where the product is out of stock, the pricing or description was wrong, we cannot deliver to your PIN code, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery where available. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway; we never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Orders are dispatched only once payment is confirmed, except for Cash on Delivery orders.
Delivery
Delivery timelines, charges and courier terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
Intellectual property
The name My Kitchen Expert, our logo, and the text, images and layout of this website are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Limitation of liability
Products must be used for their intended purpose and in line with any instructions supplied. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Malappuram, Kerala shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
